Benjamin “Ben” White
Certified Surgical Tech (CST)

Benjamin “Ben” White is a true leader, always going above and beyond his job responsibilities as a Certified Surgical Tech (CST). As the team leader, he makes sure all of the CSTs have their competencies and in-services completed in a timely manner.  Ben assisted with building the post-operative list in Cerner and continues to update it as items change, and he assisted the nurses in navigating through the perioperative documentation system. He also was instrumental in instituting the new sterilization process by making sure Labor and Delivery had all the requirements to meet the new standard. Ben is always willing to assist his co-workers when the unit is busy or if they need a day off. His positive attitude is contagious and makes everyone smile when they are having a busy or bad day. His commitment to his family and work family is truly beyond measure. We are truly blessed to have him as part of our team.

Ben served in the Army from July 2006 to August 2010.  He is involved in the community of Andrews preparing food for food shelters during the holidays, volunteering at the animal shelter, and coaching youth sports.  His hobbies include: football, fishing, wood working, and sports with his children.
