Ring in the New Year Smoothie

Make this smoothie that is loaded with calcium for breakfast or have it as a dessert as you ring in the new year.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups low-fat eggnog
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 cups ice
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg


Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
