Tina M. Smith
Counselor in Outpatient Behavioral Health

Petty Officer 3rd Class Tina M. Smith served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Yellowstone Destroyer Tender as a Radioman.  She then completed a Master’s Degree from Lamar University with a concentration in mental health and is currently a Counselor in Outpatient Behavioral Health at TMCSET. She actively teaches parenting and marriage class in her church.  Tina enjoys cooking her favorite Cajun cuisines and spending time with her family.  A native of New Orleans, she currently resides in Orange, TX with her husband and seven children, five of which she and her husband adopted.  Tina’s strong faith has helped her family rise from plenty of hardships the past couple of years, including recovery from a major house fire and flooding during Hurricane Harvey.
