Medical oncologist Philip Marjon, MD, MS, has joined the staff of Saint Anne’s Hospital Regional Cancer Center in Dartmouth.
Board-certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology, Dr. Marjon completed his residency in internal medicine at Lankenau Medical Center, Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence, through Boston University School of Medicine. A graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in Albuquerque, Dr. Marjon also earned a Master of Science degree in biomedical sciences and a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry, at the University of New Mexico.
The co-author of numerous medical journal articles, Dr. Marjon has participated in several academic research studies focusing on molecular cancer research and presented at national scientific meetings.
Dr. Marjon joins medical oncologist Elliott Anderson, MD, at Saint Anne’s Hospital Regional Cancer Center’s Dartmouth campus. Together, with Saint Anne’s radiation oncologists, oncology-certified registered nurses, pharmacists, social workers, registered dietitians, and other professional staff trained in cancer care, they provide coordinated services for a wide range of cancers at the Dartmouth location.
