Take the 13-Day Smoothie Challenge with Kristine Lilly

Kristine Lilly is a legendary U.S. Soccer World Champion and Olympic Gold Medalist and Steward’s Community Wellness Ambassador.

Almost a year ago, I did a smoothie challenge with my holistic health coach, Elizabeth DeRosa, who also happens to be one of my best friends. For years, she had been telling me that I needed to try adding a smoothie to my diet to kick off my day. I was like, “no, I’m good.”

But I finally did and, honestly, it has changed my life. I now have a smoothie every morning and it makes me start my day in the right direction.

Here is my current favorite smoothie recipe.

Be Divine Smoothie

  • 1 ½ cups dairy-free milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup frozen seedless green grapes
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons aloe vera juice

This is a very easy recipe, with only a few ingredients to mix together in a blender. It is quick and yummy!
