- 4ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- Olive oil, for brushing
For Breakfast
- Plain Greek yoghurt
- Granola
- Drizzle of honey
For Salad
- Burrata
- Balsamic glaze
- Basil ribbons
Directions for Grilling
- Preheat grill to medium high heat or about 400 degrees F.
- Brush peach halves with olive oil.
- Place peach halves flesh-side down on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes, removing once the grill marks form. Grill one side only.
- Remove peach halves from the grill and add desired topping.
