Ingredients

  • 4ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • Olive oil, for brushing

For Breakfast

  • Plain Greek yoghurt
  • Granola
  • Drizzle of honey

For Salad

  • Burrata
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Basil ribbons

 

Directions for Grilling

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat or about 400 degrees F.
  2. Brush peach halves with olive oil.
  3. Place peach halves flesh-side down on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes, removing once the grill marks form. Grill one side only.
  4. Remove peach halves from the grill and add desired topping.

Directions for Breakfast

  1. Add scoop of plain Greek yoghurt.
  2. Sprinkle granola on top and drizzle honey.

Directions for Salad

  1. Top each half with slice of burrata.
  2. Drizzle balsamic glaze.
  3. Garnish with basil ribbons.
